How it all started
I first discovered the transforming effects of positive energy when I was a teenager (and it was so not-cool to be exuberant).  Since then, I have spent my adult life learning, applying, and revising the ways I improve life, relationships, work–  and my clients’ as well.  In the past 7 years, I’ve taken it to a whole new level– and often wished I could share with my daughters what I was offering to clients.

Whenever I’d think of something I’d love to share with one of my kids, my next thought would be, “If I say that, she’ll just roll her eyes at me.”  That’s when I began writing down my thoughts… and realized they were every bit as much for me as for my child.

My friend, Cathy Rulli, loved what I was writing and urged me to share these.  When I began sharing them in twice-weekly emails (“What I’d Say if You Wouldn’t Roll Your Eyes… love notes to my child”),  people said, “These have transformed my relationship with my daughter….” And “I love to discuss these with my kids.” And “Please put them in a book!”
